As USA Hockey continues adapting to the coronavirus situation, the safety of participants always remains our top priority. All ages can participate in these activities and especially good for people trying to keep little ones active while they are staying at home.
The USCA has scheduled their first webinar to be held on Wednesday, April 29. This webinar will address: Engaging Your Curling Community: Virtual “Zoomstacking,” Virtual Bonspiels, Social Media and more. The link to attend this webinar will be sent directly to Club Presidents, and will then be archived for more widespread viewing.
The ADM Dryland cards provide coaches, parents and associations with age-appropriate exercises and guidelines to help every player become a physically literate athlete. We must first develop athletes who are capable of moving confidently in a variety of athletic environments. We can then develop these athletes into hockey players.
Coach Ben’s Weekly Challenge will be posted Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays focusing on different aspects of the game that you can work on at home with little or no equipment.
