Advanced Skating and Skills is a program aimed at teaching modern skating and puck skills that are needed to have success against higher level competition. Players will be challenged to learn the importance of the following:

• Puck Placement when skating and shooting
• Edge Control and Balance
• Weight Transfer to enhance shot and speed
